Refund policy

Refund policy: If you or your gift recipient is not completely satisfied, please contact our customer service department immediately at 602-953-5608 or email at info@sunvalleygiftbaskets.com and we will replace the products and/or basket or offer a credit.  Depending on circumstances any delivery charge incurred may not be refunded.  Personalized or perishable products are not eligible for return, unless defective.  Your complete satisfaction is our number one concern.

Cancellation Policy:  Customer is responsible for any cost associated with labor and/or materials used in making your order up to time of cancellation.

Substitution Policy: In order to get your basket delivered in time, some items may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value. Items containing chocolate that are shipped between May and October may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value.
